Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on The Skin Nurse online shop, please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Please note, if you have booked your consultation:

*Consultation forms should be completed prior to your appointment to ensure you get your full 30 minutes with The Skin Nurse.  A link to this form will be emailed to you once you are booked.  You can either print this off to complete or send it back remotely.  If you are unable to do this, please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early to complete a form.  Thank you.

Online Shop Pricing & Availability:

All product prices are in £’s sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate and are exclusive of delivery.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Shop Authenticity:

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine from the original brand distributors. This gives you the reassurance that they are safe high quality products. They will not have been tampered with or diluted like many online ‘cheaper’ products often are.

Shop Images:

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

Shop Product Details:

Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.

Customer Orders:


We are currently only able to service customers in the UK market.

All deliveries are sent out using Royal Mail and require a signature on receipt.

We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.

Deliveries should arrive at their destination within 5 working days from the placement of the order.

Due to the nature of ordering over the Internet, it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date.

Online Shop Returns, Order Cancellation & Incorrect Items:

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 07779113416 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item to us by second class post.

In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.

Please note errors occur from time to time, if you have received an incorrect item please contact us on 07779113416 within 3 working days of receipt to arrange the correct items to be delivered. Failure to contact us within this time scale will result in full payment of the item you wish to receive.

If your parcel delivery has been attempted, a card left and not collected at your local Royal Mail depot after 18 days, the order will be sent back to The Skin Nurse. If this happens please contact us within 28 days of the initial order date and we can resend the items to you at your cost (being full Royal Mail postage cost).  If you contact us outside of the 28 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

Cancellation of Orders:

Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally despatched to you within 2/3 working days of receipt by us.

If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply:

When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel.

The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from The Skin Nurse.

We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, opened or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.

You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned.

You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods.

Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time.

Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.

Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Online Shop Order Confirmation:

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with The Skin Nurse.

We reserve the right to decline any order.

All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Online Shop Security and Data Privacy:

Personal and credit card details are processed by Stripe Inc using secure Internet Technology, they do not come directly to us at The Skin Nurse. Stripe Inc protect and respect the security of your payment information to ensure data protection.

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us.  We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all.

As a customer we will subscribe you to our e-letter automatically. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of new arrivals or promotions from The Skin Nurse. In all e-mails you will be given the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will then not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date.

The Skin Nurse will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
