How are mentorship sessions delivered?
All mentorship sessions are delivered in-person except for the online calls, which are live on Zoom.
What is a guided practice day, and how does it work?
A guided practice day allows me to visit your clinic space for hands-on, in-person mentorship. During this session, I’ll observe your techniques, provide real-time feedback, and help you refine your skills with your patients, if available. Travel costs will be additional, and the session will be customized to your needs.
Can I upgrade my mentorship package?
Yes! If you start with the Starter Package and decide you’d like more in-depth support, you can upgrade to the Comprehensive Package. Or you can add on more in-person days.

What happens if I have questions between sessions?
Both packages include email support during the mentorship period. You can reach out anytime for advice, and I’ll respond within 24 hours, usually way faster.
How do I book a guided practice day?
Book in for a call. We’ll discuss your goals for the session, confirm availability, and arrange travel details. Final pricing will depend on location and session duration.
What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my mentorship package?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the mentorship program. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows me to prepare a personalized plan tailored to your needs. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your package.
When is full payment required?
Full payment is required 7 days before the mentorship begins. This policy ensures that all arrangements, including scheduling and resources, are in place to provide you with the best possible experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
I will send you either a link to pay by card or a invoice for a bank transfer.
What happens if I need to reschedule a session?
I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before a session will forfeit the session. Sessions must be taken within the mentorship time frame:
Starter package=30 days
Comprehensive package=90 days.
Do you offer refunds?
As mentorship requires significant preparation and commitment, payments are non-refundable. However, I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests within the program duration.
